Return Policy:

Unworn, new merchandise with tags may be returned for a refund within 7 days, however, all custom orders all final sale.

Between 7 and 30 days you may return unworn, new merchandise with tags for a store credit or exchange it for another item. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. To return an item, simply send an email to store@bundlenyc.com and we will email you a return label so you can send the item back free of charge.

Shipping Policy:

We ship exclusively with UPS. All orders ship on the same or next busines day.
